The Caledonia Economic Development Authority was established in 1992 and exists to support local businesses, attract new businesses, and promote the economic climate in the City of Caledonia. The EDA and City offer a variety of financial incentives for both new and existing businesses, including low-interest loans, commercial rehabilitation loans (façade improvement), tax abatement, and tax-increment financing.
